First-floor porch has chamfered posts, widely spaced square balusters, arched pierced spandrels, and plain frieze band. Second-floor porch has square posts, flat-sawn balusters. Gable with band of raking decorative trim at underside of roof, recessed rather than at vergeboard. Side windows include two-over-two double-hung wood sash at first floor with square windows above. Front and side windows and doors have shouldered moldings. Rear porch decoration matches front first-floor porch.

History: This was one of the “Wren Cottages,” a group of boarding houses for summer tourists until the late 1930s, when the Corporation took over the cottages and sold them to private individuals. It is also an excellent example of the classic early campground cottage configuration.
