Frame cottage with distinctly tall, narrow proportions; two stories plus tall attic, with generally rectangular footprint; steeply pitched front-gabled roof with secondary cross gables. Foundation concealed by decorative flat-sawn skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story full-width front porch. First-floor porch has turned posts, turned balusters, pierced brackets, pierced-panel frieze band, and pent overhang. Second-floor porch has turned posts and turned balusters. Gable features decorative truss, joists, diagonal cross rail, and decorative rafters. First-floor porch shelters double front door, at center, with single door at cutaway corners to at either side. Second-floor porch shelters two single doors. Gable has single door with Juliet balcony, with turned balusters. Front and side window and door openings have pointed hood molds. Second-story oriel supported by triangular brackets, at right (south) side, with cross-gable roof featuring ornament at gable peak. North side (left) has two-story projecting cross-gable bay with cutaway corners and pierced panels in gable peak. Decorative rafter tails continuous at eaves. Side windows generally one-over-one double-hung wood windows. Rear shed-roof addition.

History: This was a rooming house known as the Warren Cottage in the early 1920s.
