Description & Additional Information

The Geneva Hotel was built on the site of a smaller boarding house that burned in the 1912 fire. The Geneva was known for its fine dining and was very popular for decades. Boarding houses fell from fashion, and The Geneva finally closed its doors in 1954. It was sold at auction in 1957 and razed afterward. The exact date of its demolition is unknown.
