Frame cottage, one story, with rectangular footprint and hipped roof. Foundation concealed by horizontal board skirting; decorative concrete block siding; asphalt shingle roof. One-story front porch, full-width, recessed beneath main roof, along front (south) and west sides, with chamfered posts, flared solid-sided rail of pressed metal panels, plain frieze band; partially enclosed with vertical board siding and banks of double-hung windows right (east) of front door. Porch shelters one-over-one window, at center, picture window, at left; porch also shelters single door and picture window at left side. Shed dormer with shingle siding and paired double-hung windows, at each side. Side windows generally one-over-one wood or vinyl windows.

History: This was one of the cottages built shortly after the 1912 fire, and appears on the 1914 Sanborn map. Like some of the other cottages built soon after the fire it is notable for its use of fire-resistant materials, and in particular features multiple decorative concrete block patterns.
