Frame bungalow, one full story plus partial second story, with side-gambrel roof. This cottage was rehabilitated during the summers of 2019-2020. Pier foundation; square lattice skirting; clapboard siding (cement fiber, replacing previous nonhistoric aluminum); asphalt shingle roof. Full-width front porch sheltered by main roof, with solid sided rail and square posts. Symmetrical facade: porch shelters two pairs of double doors flanking a central fixed picture window. Broad shed dormer at front with two paired six-light casement windows. One-story hip-roofed addition on west side, one bay wide with paired one-over-one window at front, bank of three one-over-one windows on south side. Bay window on east side. Side windows generally six-over-one. Rear shed dormer; rear entry porch sheltered beneath main roof eaves and screened by unusual lattice.
