Frame cottage, 1 ½ stories, two-bay facade, with rectangular footprint and front-gabled roof. Wood piers on concrete foundation; foundation concealed by diamond lattice skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story, full-width front porch. First-floor wraps left (northwest) corner, with chamfered posts, no rail, flattened arch spandrels, pierced-panel frieze. Second-floor porch has square posts, elaborate geometric and pierced-panel rail. Gable with pierced panels and pendant at peak, and exposed rafters. First-floor porch shelters two single doors, at right and left; one-over-one window in cutaway corner, at left, one-over-one window and single door at left side. Second-floor porch shelters two single doors, evenly spaced. Side windows generally one-over-one double-hung wood sash. Shed-roof addition at rear.

History: The 1980 survey provided an estimated constructon date of 1890, but the simple, early campground form of this cottage suggests an earlier date is possible.
