Frame cottage, two stories, with gable-and-wing configuration. Foundation concealed by square lattice skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story, full-width front porch; first-floor porch wraps right (southwest) corner. Porch with chamfered posts arranged singly at steps, tripled at corners, elsewhere paired, square balusters, plain frieze band; first-floor rail has slight stepped configuration at posts. Gable closed with bands of shaped shingle siding, decorative vergeboard. First-floor porch shelters single entry door, at center, with two-over-two windows at either side, all with pointed hood molds; porch also shelters secondary door and another two-over-two window in wraparound section. First-floor porch terminates at front of one-bay-wide by one-bay-deep cross-gable wing on southwest side. Second-floor porch shelters two single doors, at either side. Trim, continuous at eaves and side gable, matches vergeboard. Side windows generally two-over-two double-hung wood windows with pointed hood molds.
