Two-story frame building with front-gabled roof. Poured concrete foundation; wood clapboard and shingle siding; asphalt shingle roof. Symmetrical, three-bay facade with central double doors at first and second floors, with one one-over-one wood window to either side. Balcony supported by brackets extends in front of second-floor door and windows. Bands of shingle siding at water table level and above second-floor windows. Bank of three tall one-over-one windows in gable. Two side doors and two windows on south side; one side door and one window on north side. This building was constructed in the 1990s to a design inspired by, but not exactly replicating, that of an earlier building, the New England Kitchen / Tea Room that stood just south of this site at the turn of the twentieth century. Noncontributing due to age.
