Frame cottage, two stories, two-bay facade, with T-plan footprint and cross-gabled roof. Foundation concealed by diamond lattice skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story full-width front porch extends across front-gabled section and south (right) cross-gable wing, with chamfered posts, square balusters, pierced-panel frieze band (frieze is at front-gabled section only). Front gable features sawtooth trim, vertical cove siding, decorative truss with pendant and band of pierced panels, exposed rafters. First-floor open porch shelters two single doors, at center and far left (north), one-over-one window, at right; porch also shelters three one-over-one windows and secondary single door in screened portion at right. Second-floor porch shelters two single doors with flat hood molds; band of sawtooth trim and vertical siding above in gable. Side gables with sawtooth trim. Side windows generally one-over-one double-hung wood windows.

History: This cottage was moved from its original site on Ontario Avenue (lot 136) after 1924.
