Frame cottage, two stories, two-bay facade, with generally rectangular footprint and front-gabled roof. Concrete block foundation; cast concrete block (first floor) and shingle (second floor) siding; asphalt shingle roof. Multiple patterns of cast concrete block include beveled, rock-faced, and a band of decorative horizontal blocks above foundation. One-story full-width front porch, with simple round columns over concrete block piers, square balusters, and plain frieze band; flat roof. Porch shelters single door, at left (south), one-over-one window, at right (north). Two one-over-one wood windows at second-floor front. Gable with wide raking cornice, cornice returns, and three-part window with fixed stained glass window flanked by casement windows with diamond-pattern muntins. Lower, shallow cross-gable, one bay deep, at left (south) side; cottage-style window with stained-glass upper sash at first floor. Side gable with raking cornice, cornice returns, and stained glass window in peak. Side windows include one-over-one and decorative double-hung wood windows. Front-gabled, 1 ½ story, rear wing, with side porch on south side.
