Description & Additional Information

Contributing two-slip frame boathouse, 36 feet wide, with broad, low-pitched hipped roof. Crib foundation, wood cove siding, and asphalt shingle roofing. Two slip openings, right opening wider than the left, plus one framed doorway. No windows on sides; two six-over-six windows and one door on shore side. Located close to shore with short wood deck walkway connecting door to steps. Presumed contributing due to materials and crib foundation that are consistent with older boathouses, although the footprint appears larger than the boathouse shown on the 1924 Sanborn map.
