Contributing one-slip frame boathouse, the narrowest in Thousand Island Park at only nine feet wide. Section closer to shore has pent roof, sloping down to the east, cove siding, one door and one window on south side, no openings on east side, and abuts adjacent boathouse to the north. West section roof is very slightly higher than the east section roof. West section fully abuts neighboring boathouses to the south, partially abuts boathouse to the nroth, with no openings on exposed portion of north side. One slip opening on west (river) side. Presumed contributing due to characteristic boathouse features.
