Frame cottage, two stories, with cross-gable roof and asymmetrical cruciform configuration. Pier foundation concealed by diamond lattice skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story, full-width front porch; both levels have turned posts, double-band rail with spindles over pierced-panels, flattened arch spandrels, and pierced-panel frieze. Second-floor porch screened. Fishscale pattern shingles at porch roof. Gable with spindlework frieze, pierced-panels, decorative exposed rafters. First-floor porch extends to the right to span full width of house including one-bay wide by one-bay deep cross-gable wing. First-floor porch shelters three doors. Second-floor porch shelters single entry door, at right; second opening obscured by screen. Two-story, slightly projecting cross-gable wing on left (northeast) side with cutaway corners at first floor. Side windows generally one-over-one wood sash. One-story rear addition, constructed in 1977.
