Frame cottage, 1 ½ stories, two-bay facade, with rectangular footprint and front-gabled roof. Foundation concealed by square lattice skirting; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story, full-width front porch; first-floor porch projects slightly. Porches with square posts, square balusters, spindlework frieze band, sawtooth trim; first-floor screened. Gable with square lattice siding, above spindle frieze band; pierced sawtooth trim at vergeboard with flat-sawn pendant at gable peak. First-floor porch shelters single front door, at center, two-over-two window at either side. Second-floor porch shelters single door, at center. One-story bay window at left side. Side windows include two-over-two double-hung wood sash and awning windows. Shed-roof porch addition with integral screened porch and sawtooth trim, at rear right.

History: While the 1980 survey provided a circa 1910 construction date, this cottage appears on the 1905 Sanborn map and is characteristic of an early campground cottage from the 1870s or 1880s rather than the early twentieth century.
