Frame cottage, two stories, three bays wide, with rectangular footprint and front-gabled roof. Foundation concealed by decorative flat-sawn skirting at porch and plain vertical board skirting elsewhere; cove siding; asphalt shingle roof. Two-story, full-width front porch, with turned posts, double-band rail with square spindles over pierced panels, pierced frieze board; first-floor screened. Gable has simple truss elements, band of sawtooth trim at eaves, exposed rafters. First-floor porch shelters double front door, at left, obscured opening, at center, and one-over-one window, at right. Second-floor porch shelters single door, at center, one-over-one window at right and left sides. Single two-over-two wood window in gable. Entry stoop at left side. Side windows include one-over-one and two-over-two double-hung wood sash. Porches sensitively rehabilitated since 1980.

History: 1980 survey notes that it was a rooming house and “Fancy Hand Laundress” in 1912.
