One-story frame Craftsman-style bungalow, with irregular U-shaped footprint and side-gabled roof with multiple eaves. Broad shed dormer at front. Foundation concealed by square lattice skirting; clapboard siding; asphalt shingle roof. One-story porch, extending to the right (south), enclosed with flared solid shingle-sided rail, clapboard siding, and banks of sliding windows. Gable-roof entry porch with square posts and exposed decorative rafter tails. Rafter rails at eaves. Stone chimney at right (south) side. Side windows include one-over-one double-hung wood sash, decorative, picture, and sliding windows. Shed-roof and front-gabled addition at rear.

History: According to the 1980 survey and subsequent tour information, this cottage was moved from the north part of the Park to this location after the 1912 fire. It does not appear in this location on the 1924 Sanborn map, and its style is consistent with a circa 1910s construction date.
